What a beautiful picture. You should have Christmas cards made with this scene. I told my grandkids that this was the North Pole and the lights were Santa’s Village.

I had been scratching my head as to what picture to post for this week and then came the snow (7-3/8″ here). We had some deciduous trees temporarily flattened by the snow and a few branches torn off, but fortunately nothing like out the road (where some 50 trees fell down taking out power and phone lines, some people were off for 36 or so hours).
I love being able to see these pics!! First time to Alaska May 2009!! Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me bless His Holy Name!!! I’m looking for pictures of the bridge at Juneau. val
