Northeast winds currently between 10 and 20 mph will continue to slowly diminish through afternoon and evening. As the offshore flow diminishes more moisture will filter into the northern Panhandle allowing relative humidities to climb slowly later this afternoon and then more rapidly through the night. Light rain may spread to the northern Panhandle late tonight or Monday but any accumulations will be quite small.
