TOTAL LIQUID PRECIPITATION FOR MARCH WAS 2.80 INCHES...WHICH IS NEARLY 1
INCH BELOW NORMAL. THE RAINIEST 24 HOUR PERIOD THIS MONTH WAS ON THE 8TH
WHEN 1.06 INCHES OF LIQUID EQUIVALENT WAS MEASURED.
