Small Wind Cups in use in 2008

* January 2008: Anemometer impeded by the snow from 1210 - 1500 1/9 however little if any 
wind run occurred in that period. Anemometer frozen from 0035 - 1003 on 1/14 however little 
wind run probably occurred in that period. On 1/27 Anemometer frozen from midnight to 0430.

Note Regarding the Relative Humidity and Dewpoint: On October 2nd the Humidity Sensor rose beyond it's normal high and seemed to be stuck at 100% even though the conditions seemed to not reflect that. The Humidity Sensor was adjusted downward by 3%. All readings after that reflect the 3% reduction.
