  A very moist airmass will aid in persistent rainfall during
  Sunday. As an upper disturbance approaches the region during
  Sunday night...rainfall rates are forecast to become heavy with 24
  hour rainfall totals in excess of 2 inches possible. In
  addition...freezing levels are forecast to rise to around 5000
  feet...which will enhance mountain snow melt and runoff into area
  creeks and streams. These factors may cause the water level for
  Jordan Creek to approach bankfull Sunday night.
