Unseasonably wet and windy weather is likely over southern Southeast Alaska Friday night into Saturday. A storm system intensifying north of Hawaii on Thursday will move across the southern Gulf of Alaska...then into southern Panhandle early Saturday. Gusts to 40 mph are expected for the coastal waters from Dixon Entrance to Cape Fairweather Friday night into Saturday. Seas in the eastern Gulf will build into the 10 to 15 foot range south of Cape Fairweather. Wind may also reach gale force in several Inner Channels including southern Chatham Strait...
