On August 25, 1979 I took the pictures that because of the technology of today I could produce this panorama.

The distance from where I took the picture to Sheep Mountain (see picture below) is 3-7/8 miles. From my house I can see the Mt. Juneau Ridge and the tip-top of Olds Mountain, Mt. Roberts, Gastineau [...]

Summer Panorama of Juneau, Alaska - August 6, 2003. 
I created this panorama over the past few days using the Photomerge feature of Adobe Photoshop Elements from 3 photographs taken by myself using a Sony Mavica MVC CD-1000 Digital Camera.

Winter Panorama of Juneau, Alaska - February 4, 2005
I created this panorama today using the photomerge feature of Adobe Photoshop Elements from 3 photographs by O. Richard (Dick) Kent using a Sony Mavica MVC-CD1000 Digital Camera. I had to adjust the center part of the picture and the sky to have consistent exposure.
