This and Manson Contruction’s smaller Andrew were used in the construction this past fall, winter, and spring of the new south floating berth to accommodate Panamax sized cruise ships. On the right is the lower terminal of the Mt. Roberts Tramway and on the Channel side of it is part of the new construction for the south floating berth

Roberts Tramway lower terminal, and the Juneau Convention and Visitors Bureau Visitor’s Center (totally in shadow); South Franklin Street is on the right. The furthest cruise ship is Holland America’s Zaandam at the Alaska Steamship Dock and the one at the Cruise Ship Terminal is Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Pearl. The greenish cast is from the tint of the windows.
